- Profile Content: Photos, videos, bio, and other profile information you choose to share
- Communications: Messages you send to other users through our Service
- Preferences: Your dating preferences, availability settings, and app settings

- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers
- Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, features used, time spent
- Location Data: With your permission, approximate location (city-level, not precise GPS) to suggest nearby venues for dates
Information from Third Parties
- Calendar Data: With your permission, we access your calendar to help schedule dates and check availability. Calendar access is optional and used only locally to assist with scheduling; we do not store calendar event contents on our servers
- Authentication: If you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email (or a private relay email)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Match you with potential partners based on your preferences
- Enable communication between matched users
- Facilitate video calls and in-person date scheduling
- Send you notifications about matches, messages, and scheduled dates

- Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
3. How We Share Your Information
With Other Users
Your profile information (photos, videos, first name, bio) is visible to other users of the Service. Messages are shared only with the users you're communicating with.
With Service Providers
We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate our Service:
- Supabase: Database hosting and authentication
- Agora: Video calling infrastructure
- Google Places: Venue suggestions for dates
- Apple Push Notification Service: Sending notifications to your device
- Vercel: Website hosting
For Legal Reasons
We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Ntangle, our users, or the public.
We do not use your data for cross-app tracking, targeted advertising, or data brokerage, and we do not participate in third-party tracking as defined by Apple.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app settings.
After account deletion:
- Your profile is immediately removed from the Service
- Your data is deleted from our systems within 30 days
- Some information may be retained for legal or safety purposes
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure database access controls
- Regular security assessments
- Employee access restrictions
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
